Conclusion
VI. CONCLUSION
This Report, Recommendations, and Action Plan on Victims and Witnesses of Gang
Violence maps a clear course to ensure that policies, programs, and services provide the
level of support and assistance that victims of gang-related crime need and deserve. OVC
should continue its leadership role in an effort to address the complex needs of victims of
gang violence. Members of the Planning Group look forward to continuing to work with
OVC to implement the ten-point action plan described in this report.
