- JUSTINFO—this
biweekly electronic newsletter covers announcements and recent releases

- Calendar—the National Calendar of Crime Victim Assistance-Related Events is an online and interactive tool that connects service providers with a national database of crime victim-related conferences, trainings, ceremonies, and other events. Users can also locate and receive e-mail notifications of local events and add their own events to the calendar.
- Web Forum—The Help for Victim Service Providers message board is a tool for victim service providers and allied professionals to share ideas, suggestions, and recommendations concerning promising practices, best practices, and victim issues.
