Provides referrals to regional and national organizations that work to prevent all forms
of family violence and sexual assault (spouse/partner abuse, sexual abuse, incest,
child physical abuse and neglect, elder abuse) and that provide services to victims.
Maintains an international clearinghouse of information (articles, books and media coverage)
on these subjects.

Provides direct victim assistance to child abuse victims, non-offending

training and technical assistance to professional organizations and service
providers.
