Provides referrals to regional and national organizations that work to prevent all forms of family violence and sexual assault (spouse/partner abuse, sexual abuse, incest, child physical abuse and neglect, elder abuse) and that provide services to victims. Maintains an international clearinghouse of information (articles, books and media coverage) on these subjects.

Houses the National Resource Center on Child Sexual Abuse. Provides direct victim assistance to child abuse victims, non-offending family members, and adult survivors. Offers legal services, advocacy, counseling, and crisis intervention for child physical/sexual abuse victims. Can provide referrals to national and local organizations. Also provides training and technical assistance to professional organizations and service providers.
