The VOCA funding has allowed the program to compensate in a not so tangible area as loss of support where documentation is difficult and concerns about monetary awards are valid. the VOCA grant enables this program to provide a reasonable leve1 of compensation to victims in our state.2. HOW DO YOU MEASURE YOUR PROGRAM'S EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS IN REDUCING THE FINANCIAL IMPACTH OF CRIME ON VICTIMS? WHAT ARE THE RESULTS? The Louisiana Crime Victim Reparations program measures the average processing time from the day in which a claim arrives at the board office with the date the board makes a decision. We use an average method of computing the average process time. The efficiency standards is calculated automatically when requested.
