1. DESCRIBE THE IMPACT THAT VOCA FUNDS HAVE HAD ON YOUR PROGRAM'S ABILITY TO MEET THE NEEDS OF CRIME
   VICTIMS.
VOCA funds continue to enable this program to meet the needs of crime victims in a timely manner and expand benefits in a meaningful way.

2. HOW DO YOU MEASURE YOUR PROGRAM'S EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS IN REDUCING THE FINANCIAL IMPACT
OF CRIME ON VICTIMS? WHAT ARE THE RESULTS?
We measure the average processing time of claims that were received and decided in the same FFY. Average times on claims we process has been split between non-forensic claims and forensic claims, since forensic are reviewed and decided through a separate process.

Average non-forensic receipt to decision is 57.34 days. For paid claims, average time from claimant acceptance of award to payment is 2.37 days.

Average forensic receipt to decision is 9.25 days. Average forensic decision to payment time is 2.81 days.

3. DID YOUR STATE USE VOCA ADMINSTRATIVE FUNDS?   No
IF YOUR STATE USED VOCA ADMINSTRATIVE FUNDS, PLEASE DESCRIBE THE IMPACT THESE FUNDS HAVE HAD ON YOUR
STATE'S ABILITY TO PROVIDE COMPENSATION OR IMPROVE VICTIM SERVICES.
