We would not be able to meet the needs of crime victims without VOCA compensation funds.
 
2. HOW DO YOU MEASURE YOUR PROGRAM'S EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS IN REDUCING THE FINANCIAL IMPACT
   OF CRIME ON VICTIMS? WHAT ARE THE RESULTS?
We average 128 days from the date the claim is submitted to the date the decision is finalized by the Board.  This is measured by our database system.
