1. DESCRIBE THE IMPACT THAT VOCA FUNDS HAVE HAD ON YOUR PROGRAM'S ABILITY TO MEET THE NEEDS OF CRIME
   VICTIMS. 
The VOCA funds have enabled the Arkansas Crime Victims Reparations Board to continue to provide compensation to eligible victims.
 
2. HOW DO YOU MEASURE YOUR PROGRAM'S EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS IN REDUCING THE FINANCIAL IMPACT
   OF CRIME ON VICTIMS? WHAT ARE THE RESULTS? 
The Administrator prepares monthly reports for the Attorney General's Chief of Staff.  These reports reflect the number of claims received, awarded, denied and closed by each Investigator, as well as the number of pending claims assigned to each Investigator.  In addition, the Administrator continually sets goals to target the oldest claims submitted.  This method has been effective in maintaining a focus on claims being processed in order received.

Arkansas has used VOCA Administrative funds for the salary of one position.
