The funding process is open/competitive; however, each proposal must include participation by the prosecutor, law enforcement, and victims services. The funding cycle/project period is January– December and can be renewed for 3 years. Technical assistance is available.

The goal of this grant award is to promote direct services to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, and other violent crime.
