Be Victim Friendly in Juvenile Court (June 1999)
A resource designed to encourage juvenile courts to play an active
role in ensuring that crime victims of juveniles are provided certain
rights and that they are informed of those rights. Topics include victim
orientation and notification, victims' rights, impact statements, restitution,
and other victim resources. This project was undertaken by the National
Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges with funding from OVC.
