Assessments

Assessments are available for modules 3 - 14 as a tool for determining the level of learning of the student. In order to secure the integrity of the assessments, the documents have been password protected. The password may be obtained by contacting AFTE.
It is recommended that the trainer open and print the assessment and use a secure delivery method to administer the assessment - directly observed or proctored.
Each of the assessments has twenty multiple choice questions. The difficulty level of the questions is balanced and based on the module subject matter. The examination modules 8 - 12 may require more time as some questions are based on cumulative knowledge. The time limits are determined by the trainer and need to be communicated to the student and proctor.
Recommended assessment time limits:
- Modules 3, 4, 5, 7 and 14: 20 minutes
- Module 6 and 8 - 12: 30 minutes
