Welcoming Remarks by CHIEF JUSTICE ABRAHAMSON: Good afternoon. And I want to welcome the Commissioners to our September meeting which will be today until about 5 and then we will begin again tomorrow with tentative adjournment about 4 p.m. A lot has happened since the Commission has last met and we will hear about these developments. And we have a full agenda of people who have made the effort to come here and discuss a variety of matters with us. So, we will start as we do all these meetings with again introducing ourselves and then we will move on to Chris Asplen, who will update us on all the working groups and all the other matters. So I'm Shirley Abrahamson, Chief Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Chair of this Commission. Chris? DIRECTOR ASPLEN: Chris Asplen, Executive Director of the Commission.
