Third Annual DNA Grantees' Workshop
June 2003NIJ hosts a DNA Grantees' Workshop each summer in Washington, DC. Agencies and organizations receiving funding support for DNA laboratory improvement, backlog analysis, research, or technology development, as well as others concerned with the use of DNA in the criminal justice system—including forensic science and criminal justice practitioners and policymakers—attend this workshop to discuss how new technological innovations might be developed and adapted to meet the current and future needs of public crime laboratories.
This CD-ROM (NCJ 197591) includes the executive summary and research briefings from the Third Annual DNA Grantees' Workshop, held June 24-26, 2002.
