Inventory of State and Local Law Enforcement Technology Needs to Combat Terrorism, presents survey findings from the first of a two-phase study funded by the National Institute of Justice on what technologies are needed by State and local law enforcement agencies to combat terrorism. Researchers surveyed State and local law enforcement officials and representatives of other groups that could be involved in preventing and managing terrorist attacks. Respondents provided researchers with a firsthand perspective of the technology needed by law enforcement agencies to combat terrorism.
