Factors Affecting the Likelihood an Offender Would be Subsequently Arrested

The arrest rate in domestic violence incidents increased by 614 percent when the offender had a prior arrest record, 99 percent when the offender was male and 26 percent when the offender was under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the incident.
