Organizations

National Opinion Research Center (NORC)
NORC is a nonprofit corporation affiliated with the University of Chicago that conducts survey research in the public interest for government agencies, educational institutions, private foundations, nonprofit organizations, and private corporations. NORC conducted the telephone surveys for the COPS evaluation.

The Urban Institute
The Urban Institute, a nonpartisan economic and social policy research organization, conducted the COPS evaluation with funding from NIJ.
