2009 General Forensics Research and Development Grantees Meeting

This annual meeting showcases innovative projects funded through NIJ's General Forensics Research and Development Program and will include presentations in the following disciplines of forensic science: toxicology, anthropology, trace evidence and friction ridge pattern analysis. Grantees are given the opportunity to report on the progress of their research, interact with other scientists and receive feedback from forensic science practitioners. This meeting also gives NIJ the opportunity to monitor ongoing research projects, listen to participants' comments and talk with the presenters about ideas for future research.
