This individual will guide and instruct staff, carry out Equal Employment Opportunity policies and activities, and serve as an NIJ budget officer and grants manager. He or she will maintain liaison with other NIJ senior staff, give advice about program activities, and conduct and report on analyses of programs.

  • Drafts letters and reviews materials for proper grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Makes travel, conference and meeting arrangements for staff.
  • Establishes and maintains filing systems.
  • Communicates both orally and in writing with numerous Department of Justice components and outside organizations.
