This policy guidance is a template intended for use by federal, state and local law enforcement agencies for standardizing and enhancing their internal management of deployment of small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) in direct support of their missions. It is not intended to and does not create any right, benefit, trust, or responsibility, whether substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or equity by a party against the United States, its agencies, instrumentalities, entities, officers, employees, or agents, or any person; and it does not create any right of review in an administrative, judicial or any other proceeding.
