Indigent Defense Projects and Programs

In this fact sheet, the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) of the Office of Justice Programs describes indigent defense projects and programs. Current projects and programs that BJA is supporting include The Sixth Amendment Training and Technical Assistance Initiative and the Capital Case Litigation Training and Technical Assistance Initiative.
