Customer Service Center
The Customer Service Center provides assistance on the financial aspects of OJP and Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) awards. Customer Service representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. eastern time.

Press 1: For a pre-recorded message on the web based SF 269 system used to submit quarterly Financial Status Reports (SF269).
Press 2: To speak to a staff member on payments, use of the web-based SF 269 system, or any other financial aspect of OJP or OVW grant awards
Press 3: To speak to a member of the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Response Center concerning grants through the COPS program.
Press 4: To be transferred to the Department of Justice Locator.
Press 5: For a pre-recorded message providing Fax phone numbers for the Customer Service Center and for the OJP Control Desk.

Note: Grantees should not submit ACH (bank enrollment) forms via Fax. Only the ORIGINAL ACH form that bears the actual signature of the bank representative will be accepted.
