Simple Answer: No More Detailed Answer: This program only allows the purchase of body armor that has been tested and found to comply with NIJ's Standard 0101.03 or 0101.04 Ballistic Resistance of Police Body Armor, NIJ's Stab Standard 0115.00, or subsequent versions thereof.
