<Following are examples of questions for reviewing the proposals. They are based on the Sample Proposal Guide and may be adjusted to meet the needs of the selection committee. If you choose to use a review instrument such as this one, then you may also want to adjust the point levels for the questions based on the priorities of the PSN Task Force and its selection committee.>
- How well qualified is the applicant organization based on the description of its expertise and background? (20 points)
- How well does the proposed project meet the goals stated in the proposal guide? (20 points)
- Are the stated resources available for this project adequate to meet the goals? (20 points)
- Are the performance measures adequate to gauge success? (20 points)
- Is the budget reasonable and cost effective? (20 points)
