AWARD AMOUNT:

$ 297,455*

PURPOSE: The County of Yolo Adult Drug Court is a post-plea court, with a 1-year treatment component. The court will use grant funds to continue program operations and to enhance resources. The enhancement grant will provide specialized treatment for young adults, Spanish speakers, and those who are dually-diagnosed with substance abuse and mental health problems. Grant funds will provide for a mental health specialist, a part-time account support clerk, and a management information system. The court will collaborate with various treatment providers and acquire donated incentives from local businesses.
