AWARD AMOUNT:

$75,360*

PURPOSE: The Dunklin County Drug Court will use grant funds to provide additional services such as transportation and increased community supervision. The drug court team will attend specific training that addresses issues identified in the process and outcome evaluations. Nonviolent, substance-abusing offenders are targeted. The program will serve 40 to 50 clients over a 2-year period. Clients are expected to participate in the program for a minimum of 12 to 18 months. The drug court will provide intensive judicial supervision, treatment, mandatory drug testing, graduated sanctions, aftercare, and other rehabilitative services.
